Require towns and counties to pay insurance to run a dangerous city full of guns. Gun regulations should be state/federal but insurance companies can't push around state federal. Insurance co can push around local gov.

Private sector companies should create a world hostile to people running around with guns. Yes, pretty much only companies with a public face respond to this sort of public pressure.

And we need more single-issue voters, politicians will stop paying attention to a losing issue if you win/lose just as many voters for being pro-gun as anti-gun.

Also, we accept a lot of death for covenience-food animals, people dying in cars for transit convience, people dying without health insurance. It's all the same culture of death & for those 3 issues, all 50 states are okay with it.
