Something interesting about the NFT/crypto/stuff no sign of CPAs. There is no one to say, "well devs, management and some rich people with more $ than sense did this and this is what it means" I'm reading post-mortems & thinking, only a CPA or the like could have seen this coming
...and I don't mean, anyone could have seen fraud coming with excess promises-- I mean, the complexity on top of complexity on top of complexity. The loans, derivatives, weird ass governance processes, this is why real companies hire CPAs.
