Status: went to Ohio to watch the clash of cultures. You could see the points where the convos wanted to go off the rails, but everyone was friendly & it didn't. (by didn't of everyone avoiding talking about partisan issues)
I don't see these as teachable moments- action & opinion change happens at the margin, with the uncommitted & people on the fence.
