Those charts that say people in their 20 want to work at the office-it's because they either live with their parents or live with 3 roommates & don't have a quiet place to work, not necessarily because they want to zoom from the office. Remember pre-pandemic, webex 4 hours a day?
(or stare at a screen 6 hours a day, depends on job type of course)
