META: What of the free speech rights of people who just want to show up and throw horse $#!+ all the time, are these not a protected class? That conversations exist without horse$#!+ is that not de facto evidence of suppressed speech?
Sometimes it is mostly undigested oats, sometime mostly the ghost of hay-- it's an essential part of public discourse.
