ENDORSEMENT: Go try out Elk.zone. It is very good.

To be honest, just wanted twitter's UI- unlike the default #Mastodon UI
- easily visible retweet & like counts
- easy access to make and view book marks
- account switching in one window

No way to post threaded tweet storms yet.
