Forked an archived/abandoned change log manager tool, that I'd been using for a year or two, mostly to validate the #Keepachangelog format
- somewhat better feature discoverability
- somewhat better onboarding
- slop docs were invaluable to me. I was using like 1% of the functionality previously
- lacks a fragments feature, so maybe not the best for teams and lots of long lived feature branches
