Noteworthy Love Song

Love is Here is a nice song that showed up in My FluxBox feed (that is a blog that tracks free and legal Mp3s that artists have posted for promotional purposes)

Pro:  It is generic.  It isn’t so specific about someone’s life you can’t project yourself into it.

It’s happy.  Not one of those songs that is depressing once you read the lyrics.

The melody is good

Con: It’s cheesy.  This is pop.

This is definately a song for girls to sing.  This isn’t a song that would work for a guy singing unless it was reworked beyond recognition.

It requires major mental gymnastics to justify liking the song.
