Things I wish I’d starting doing soon in 2nd Language Learning

1. Reading aloud

2. Spaced flash cards (as opposed to massed)

3. Comics

4. Listening to podcasts (both actively and passively)

5. Copying lists from dictionary at spaced intervals (although the jury is out on how effective this is)

6. Meetups (or independent study groups in the days before the internet)
