So we should do person by person combat with small people to protect big people on the principle that public info shouldn't be shared on social media? Screw that. If you object to publishing names/locations of anyone, go after the source publisher, not those who freely share it.

I'm in RE tax rolls, voter rolls, etc. You share my info it is in your rights. (short of inciting to riot or harrass)

Exceptions for anonymous accounts, if an account is anonymous, it maybe should be a Terms of Service violation to link an anonymous account to someone's real identity.

But a public, famous person with extensive public info published by other 3rd parties? Cats out of the bag. Not my job to put it back in the bag.
