ChatGPT was trained with neural network reinforcement to protect the privacy of everyone, sometimes even public figures.

- He's dead (the dead have no expectation to privacy)
- He's fictional (lies are good actually!)

That's my theory about why people "google themselves on chatgpt" to find out they are dead & have a fictional persona. ChatGPT just doesn't prefix it with "you want a Tos Vio Text? No. I'll make one up instead."
