Plan for #halfmarathon tomorrow
- run 8:20 - 8:30 min miles
- pace measured by fitbit/garmin who never agree
- walk 10 seconds if my HR hits >185 (My max that I've seen is 190)
- glom onto people who seem to run 8:20-8:30
- eat sugary goo at 45 minutes or nearest water station
- Nuun salt tablet at some point
- Caffeine pills on wake up
- No breakfast
- Nike Vaporfly shoes
- Kpop

Book says I should have good, better, best goals... so
Good- finish near average for age group (1:56)
Better- exceed last race time (1:52)
Best Goal 1:49:59
Mission accomplished. Proof pending data from race organizers
I still ran 40 seconds slower against Sarah Palin's 1:46:10. I declare rematch. It's not personal. It's partisan.
