Blog post is a fun way to say that Agile/SAFe/etc is a methodology for large orgs to deal with orgs that need planning certainties that you never find in IT and that the process is made for low performers, low trust environments & when you have a trustworthy high performer, the process hobbles them.
Anyhow, let's wave our magic wand & everyone is now a high performer, extremely independent & is 100% trustworthy. Now we don't need any process at all. That was easy!

Keep waving that magic wand, okay, and now it is effortless to tell in an interview who is a high performer, trustworthy, etc. And firing people who turn out not to be is costless! Magic! (I mean in some jurisdictions, firing people is nearly impossible)
I'm not defending Agile/SAFe/etc, I just think if people want to go beyond it, they have to understand why it exists in the first place & not keep the analysis at "bad dummies are doing bad dumb things because they want to be bad dumb and that cheeses me off"
