- PM- Asks coder how long each ticket will take, records in `plan.md` Coder's memory will not include plan.md, so being late will always be astonishing.
- coder- writes code but only after 11pm, quits every 6 months because he can't get a raise, gets next from from `bugs.md`
The agents all write text to `STANDUP.md` each morning

I think I can implement all the funny bits over the Thanksgiving & New Years holiday
I think this will work better than gptengineer because in that case, the bot has to keep everything in context and it doesn't fit. A tester bot can get by with a smaller number of "tools" and a smaller context window.
I want bots to reproduce the TTRPG small team drama, because who knows maybe that is the part of software process that actually works.
