Bird Flu Starter Kit:
- Silk unsweetened for cooking w/o vanilla unless you like vanilla mashed potatoes
- Oatly for coffee, it foams better than anything else.
- Almond is ok for anything
- Rice milk... just get horchata, but if you do get rice milk, it is good for drinking from the glass
- Greece has the best vegan cheeses
- Miyoko's mozzarella is the best pizza cheese.
- The good plant based cheeses will give you a heart attack, so much saturated fat, like the cow version

Self-replies

- Cashew, Almond, Soy are the best for yogurt. If you make it at home, only use Soy milk, something like Eden (highest protein grams per container, that is what makes it solid)
- Coconut anything is going to taste like coconut and give you a heart attack like butter does. But coconut doesn't have bird flu virus particles in it, so there is that.
- Miyoko has the best realistic butter
- Earth balance for any cooking, somewhat healthier because it usually is a blend of liquid and solid oils
