- (if I have the ear of purchasing) relates to work code

**Has a point to it**
- the person has a need (they have a financial crisis or are the like, dead & the estate doesn't need money)
- has accumulated enough donors (if they got 1 donor, do I really need to pay for their coffee? they're paying their rent by other means)
