I think 8 years ago, I would have said, how hard can it be, run your own EC2 instances and ECS clusters.

Today I think everyone should use something like
- AWS App Runner
- AWS Elastic Beanstalk
- AWS Lightsail
until you grow out of it. And you might never grow out of it.
