- Anonymous package? Should *never* be awarded `Mature` because mature is about evidence of support
- Authors file? 1000% no standards. The world needs something like "keepachangelog" It will take decades to fix this.
- Who published this thing? Well, going by the license, it is all `(C) MIT` the most prolific author!
- Pypi will say who the maintainer is! Nope!
- Support email is example.com? Should never be awarded more than `Planning`
