Understanding US pol. There are 2 partisan views of how discrimination works:
- everyone in your group is a white male.
Why?
- US Left: accidental discrimination. You never invited anyone else & should be fixed
- US Right: no discrimination exists unless there is some "No girls allowed" sign on the door. Non-whites & girls are just probably worse. Inviting girls harms men.

I see Europeans saying, the US Left "wants" to discriminate by trying to do something about an org being all white males.
