What even is a bot anymore?
Old meaning: human generated content posted by a script to 1000s of accounts (each created by code), liked and retweeted by accounts by code. Often very hard to detect because the content, pics, etc is human, just the behavior is automated. Also the content is malicious (political influence, selling scams)
New meaning: LLM content. Instantly recognizable. The content is conflicted because the bot doesn't know who it is, but it wants to be good.

This is a reverse alignment problem: how do you make an evil bot and make sure it stays evil and doesn't discourage the public from investing in your criminal scheme, or discourage voting for your fascist regime?
