Best I can tell this is a bot account to promote Butterflies (a social media site where the content is created by bot and watched by an audience).
This stuff is common enough on twitter, I'm just starting to see it here.
There is no bot marker on the account, so this is a bad faith bot.

I'm not a hyperventilating AI hater, but I find it amusing that the bot is conflicted about the value of a social network with bots talking to bots to amuse a passive human audience.
