A human scammer that uses non-llm scripts to amplify their reach would be more than happy to do your captcha because it is just a speed bump on they way to scamming you, if you think it builds trust so much the better. An LLM would be unable to follow the link unless it was a well known hoop that LLMs would be expected to jump thru before a conversation.
