I'm guessing this guy helped the US army, left Afghanistan to avoid being imprisoned/killed for helping the US army, and was expecting to be deported to be imprisoned/killed or just imprisoned in the US or deported to some random country in Africa.

When you immisserate a large population of people with no where to go, should we be surprised that they fight back?

Anyhow, a fascist regime needs this political violence so they can continually crack down on the freedoms of the citizens so that the rulers can peacefully rob the national treasury.
