Does LLM-assisted programming make you stupid? I can image agentic style does (hey bot, translate this javascript library into Go, wake me in the morning when you're done!)
The way I do it (I copy paste and do every diff), it is mentally exhausting. I'm learning maintenance development, which has been my bread & butter careerwise for a few decades.
Anyhow, not a new comment, but I watch a video on this

I can kind of see how it would make essay writing worse if you're asking the LLM to provide content instead of providing feedback on mechanics.
