WANT: A list of all the trash projects on pypi that can be used by a browser script to filter them out from search.

I define trash as variations on name squatting "nothing in it, abandoned, did it for homework, broken, and so so many 'hello world' packages"

This is a hard problem because download stats have false positives (good package no one has discovered yet), missing meta has false positives (good package w/o so much as a readme) as so on
