- tokens right now on $20 plans are massively subsidized
- claude code (in my hands) is finishing all my side projects
- I guess it is good no employer ever gave a f*k about my github repo because you can't tell if I hand wrote any code.
- Handwriting code is going to be like nutrition and exercise. You don't have to do it, but if you don't, you won't be able to boss Claude around and expect any useful result.
Self-replies
- The analogy that increasingly applies is "this is like when compilers got good enough to use"
- I'm having to reinvent the whole concept of build scripts. Build scripts that catch human mistakes, the bot effortlessly fixes all the problems and the app still has e2e and usability problems. I don't think this means "llms bad!", I think it means we need new build scripts
- the wait approve loop is no fun.
- sandboxing is way behind.
